The chief listening focus of Track One Music Club will always be the official monthly album selections, a complete history of which can be viewed here.
However, in addition to these great albums, a number of group members also enjoy other audio experiences, and each month a notable podcast is therefore also shared with the group for further discussion. The selected podcast for the current month can be viewed on this page, and a complete history of all previous selections is listed below.
The NoSleep Podcast
Beginning as a subreddit, NoSleep started as a forum where people would exchange spooky stories and frightening experiences. NoSleep became one of Reddit’s most popular subreddits soon after its creation, and in 2011 the idea was proposed to create a podcast where the top stories from the forum could be narrated as audiobooks. Seven years and over 300 episodes later, the award-winning The NoSleep Podcast has established itself as one of the most popular podcasts among fans of horror with over two million listeners downloading episodes each week. Noted for its production quality and the scope of the stories told, The NoSleep Podcast is also noteworthy for its deliberate efforts to produce episodes written and narrated by women despite horror being regarded by many as a male-dominated genre.
